Lol guys it's extremely easy to change your ip address, it takes 30 seconds and can be found through google .

TELL ME HOW TO DO IT!!!!

.I don't know what computer you have or anything but this Is what I do.
1. Go to start.
2. Go to control panel
3. Go to network and internet connections, or if your pc is different something that sounds like it.
4. Click "network conncections"
5. Double-click Wireless Network connection, or local area connection.
6. On the general tab, you should see "internet protocol TCP/IP" in the box.
7. Click that, and click properties.
8. Where it says IP address, just change the numbers a few times and you should be set.

PS: I don't know if IPban is an IPban and a character ban, so you'll just have to see.

you have windows vista?

Vista:
Network and Sharing Center > View Status > Properties > Internet protocol V4 edit the number.

Note: Iv had my share in networking experience, do not change to an ip that is out of your Routers Range if so you will lose internet and have to undo your last action.

It's really not difficult, you people just need to learn stuff i bet with the right amount of effort a lot of you could be good Java, C++ etc Programmers if you put in the Work, Maximillion for example he puts up a good argument but then lost ^_^ but he's probably the best argument Iv ever had so yeah a lot of you are quite intelligent just put in the work.
