yah serious i h8 when noobs hit and run you and think there good because we can't click fast enough just makes me mad i say u shud have to stay till ur out of food, lagging or dead!

this rule will only apply to pking around the varrock bank

i dont hit and run, but today i saw 2 guys that i really didn't like so i ice blitzed them and let the other people get a kill harhar

And i helped hockey with blitz harhar =)
