cant go on webclient

on my vista i was going on the webcleint but this stupid thing popped up look Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in C:\xampp\htdocs\global.php on line 6
Could not connect: Too many connections
and for this stupid thing i gotta use silab till it works

Its because they are editing or something like under construction. If you know about websites hosting and stuff it says "xampp" there

njk i think its ur comp, i have windows vista and the webclient loads fine for me

nvm b/c it was working for me cuz i was on it b4 brice started editing it, so its not just u.

Well if it says that. It might be Something prob with Internet connection or at that time no one was on or they might be using ip on silab?
