Out of 10 this picture took maybe 10 minutes i quite enjoyed it the only thing that didn't take long was the text as it was just an overlay

that seems rly easy. on paint just use the spray can and u can make that effect.. Im prolly wrong but yea.

8/10 needs some touch ups but pretty good for first one
