Theres a level 100?

okay guys erm i wanna kill dark beasts and steal from silk stalls but dark beasts requir 100 slayer and silk stalls require 100 theiving well idk how to get 100 in the skill and i was wondering if anyone knew.

No they just require 99 it just says 100, don't worry.
