Pking with 1 hit??

hey, so now its the 100000th time i've seen someone pk with 1 hit, ill start posting some screenies, but, i've pked 2 1 hits now both from jambebus and he denies it that it wasn't him... not sure, he says its his brotheer, but i dont think so. w/e though, it's still bannable right?
