By doing this you also allow the usage fo a java map editor which you can use to change the map, make new aeas, and edit stats to you liking, doing this would also prelude the usage of jagex fresh emulators which if you found the right torrents would allow you to weave brand new updates that are not even out in real runescape yet into you server.
