On most forums, topics that are older than one month are considerec gravedig topics. In this case it hasn't been a month between the last post, and the post someone made after a time from then. The month usually renews after a new last post is made, not when the topic was made. So if a topic was made on 2/6/09 and the last post on the thread was made on 3/1/09, someone could still be able to post there up until 4/1/09.
