Is this a ranged glitch?

If i see one in wildy and attack him with c bow and tele me to exemple deep thats a ranged glitch!

But i got banned for attacking asyran with c bow then he teled away and came back then i still attacked him.. is that a ranged glitch?! **** pissed off on power abousers..

i hate gltichers there is no point in them.

and if i go to a difrent spot in the wildy like jad or tzaahr and your atking me all the way from the pk spot thats RANGE GLITCH!

But i attacked you in jad then you teled to smith and runned over to jad so then it's not a range glitch..
