ads tab. what doese it do?

I was wondering what a "membership" gets me in this game.

member ship gives you many more possibilitys in the game like going to a member area where you can fm, and buy cool items that non members cant its worth it but i can't do it bacause of my mom ill figure some way out tho tehe

So is it better than spending like 7 dollars to get a phat or mask or something?
