The stars clan is a all level clan. Those who wish to join must fill out this survey. But before you can do that you must read the rules and the uniform.

5.Ring of dueling

You get one set free on your first joining and the rest of the times you buy your own unless i can get u one.

You do not have to wear at all times if your are ranked. If you are not ranked you will have to ask me and i will see if you can wear casual.
