When you first want to get into the chat someone needs to invite you. So ask a friend to invite you.
After that you can go in the chat whenever you want! Here is how
First go to servers. Then you will see a arrow click on it and chat rooms will come down. (if you have beed in the chat already)
Then right click on Pattonscape Room you will see join chat. There might not beanyone in it sometime but you can invite people and talk about what ever =D
