I subcribed and im waiting for Brice to make me a member and i was wonder what benefits members has, so can someone please tell me?

Well, it will most likely take a few days before Brice (Admin on forums) logs on, so be patient.

The benefits for Premium Members, are the access to Karamaja, the Premium zone, which has 2 bosses with very good drops, such as godsword pieces, bandos, and saradomin swords. On top of that, Premium members can use "tickets" found off monster drops in Pattonscape. These tickets are used in the Premium zone and give you xp to a certain skill. And lastly, Premium members get a few new shops, including one with potions, and one with armor (including the Granite Maul weapon).

I'm stating that the value of all that has dropped since the majority of players are either inactive or have quit.

you uys forgot something you got to use i think a clue scroll to get acces to the place that we use the tickets

You actually don't i have my ways to get there, Brice also blocked the command ::interface so you cannot open the bank anywhere lucky for me is i can do it client sided =)

Lol, I remember that. I used to do ::interface 5292 all the time.
