why cant we get it?

because if everyone started to make a house it would use a alot of memory space and probably lagg the server and the make the wontime even more.

Well maybe if someone bought a Guild hall Brice could code an area in their Clan cities to have such a thing but construction would be pretty much impossible at this stages, I would like this though

Coding a new skill takes months for a large team such as Jagex. Think how long it would take for Brice and maybe a couple of Admins Not to mention the lag factor from everyone having a huge house Would be cool though, I have to admit

i think construction should be allowed for only a few people who own clans so they can build their clan castle then gradually make a clan city and then kingdom

Excellent idea, are we still able to buy pieces of land for our clans and stuff? I think thats a cool idea too
