Should Rule 13 Stay or Go?

I am on both sides i think ppl who have barrows own ppl without them to quickley and its kinda unfair but think about this, u dont have the money to get barrows so now wat do u do?try to get like 1billion but u have no clue how to get that much and everytime u try to pk sum guy with barrows hits a freaking 40+ on u and u cant even touch them

On the other hand its kinda dumb that barrows should have there own pk spot, and the people without barrows should get barrows and its kinda unfair to the people with barrows becuse they gotta get there pk spot moved just becused they have good gear and the reason why they got barrows is so that they could kill the ppl without barrows

i have and ive trained and worked and worked and i finally got to wear and use it so if you want the barrows... just get the stats and cash... it doesnt take that long

see, dds hit barrows for 99s somtimes its a glitch, and people would also lose there barrows to that, and if you cant pk with barrows in that place then you wont lose becouse a of a glitch

asys right cause people complain about losing there dh alot and dh is like glitched or something and it glitches when you hit good and then you use veng and it hits like 99 lol its mess up
